I, the artist, own full rights to the art I create.You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit or remove my signature/watermark, use my artwork for profit, alter, trace, edit, or recolor my art under any circumstances. You may not repost my art featuring characters you do not own (with or without credit given to me). Doing so will be considered copyright infringement and proper action will be taken.
For thoses who wish to commission or trade with me:The client maintains full rights to the character drawn in the trade/commission, while I, the artist, maintains full rights to the art I create.I will not sell prints of any art containing the client's character without consent from the client.Only artwork created for the client/character owner may be reposted but only with explicit permission given and proper credit. Uncredited work will receive a DMC takedown notice without prior warning.If uploading character art to toyhou.se character profiles, please credit my toyhou.se account directly. You do not need to ask permission before uploading art I created of your character to your character's toyhou.se page.If you wish to use art I made for you featuring your character for icons and headers credit me with a direct and clear @, or link to this Carrd, or one of my social media accounts.You may not use art I created of your character for profit/use it as merchandise unless you discussed it with me beforehand.If at any point you do not wish for art of your character to be featured on any social media website for any reason just ask and I will remove it. However you acknowledge I retain the right use the artwork for art examples and my portfolio to promote my work.You may not use my art in/for AI art generator technology, such as but not limited to, DreamUp, Midjourney, Stable diffusion, or any other AI generator.You may not use my art for NFTs (Non-fungible-Token), blockchains, or cryptocurrency for any reason.No not contact me about creating art for NFTs.
Custom Design T. O. S.
I do not make adoptables at this time however I do on occasion make customs.You own the character, I created the custom design for that character. You must credit me as the designer.It is preferred but not required that you have a toyhou.se account to credit me directly for the design. You are free to keep your character hidden or delete it from Toy House if you one day chose to leave it.Custom designs may be used for commercial purposes such as books, comics, short stories, and games. Please contact me if you intend to do this so we can discusses the matter privately before hand and work out any further details. However you may not use the original art I created of that character for these purposes.Once you commission me/trade for it the custom design is yours. At no point will I revoke your rights to the custom design you own. Unless you fail to provide me with the payment, money/trade.Designs may be altered and/or redesigned. You do not require permission to do this. Though if it is a major change (Such as changing the species) and not just a color swap I ask that you do not edit my art. You, the owner, can mortify the design in your own art.You may resell the design at any point as you see fit. However please let me know who the new owner of the design is.You may not use any design I create for NFTs blockchain, or Cryptocurrency purposes.I am not responsible for what the owner chooses to do with the designs they traded/bought from me. It is out of my control. However, that being said, use common sense and if you see anyone drawing anything legal please report it to the proper authorities.
